Yesterday was pancake day and our salon competed in the (surprisingly competitive!) charity pancake race in Newbury. Local businesses take part in running a relay with pancake tossing in between. It's a fun afternoon, and brings back the feeling of community spirit, everyone can take part and I super enjoyed everyone's outfits. We were all really surprised we won over a team of minions! Personally I was going for the coveted 'tosser of the year award' but sadly that didn't PAN out, get it? (sorry...) We did however win best dressed!
